investing in staff is our ethos
Thanks to savings made through the adoptions and exploration of lean practices, Westin Design has been able to invest in its premises and employees. Jason Brooks, operations manager and former Kirklees College Apprentice has worked at Westin Design for more than ten years. He said, "The organisation is growing year-on-year. Although we still have Apprentices, we’re now exploring developing our entire workforce."
opportunities to grow and develop
Jason added,"It’s important to invest in staff. That’s definitely part of the Westin Design ethos. Most of the people who work here are local and stay here a long time. Training gives them the opportunity to grow and develop and it also puts something back into the business. There’s a lot of scope for us to develop staff in the future."
